The shelter and administrative offices are located at 1837 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona PA. Contact us by phone at 814-942-5402. Our hours are:
- Monday and Tuesday: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
- Friday: 12:30pm - 7:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Wellness Clinic Hours
The Wellness Clinic is located at 1835 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona PA. (It is the gray building next to the main CPHS offices/shelter). Contact us by phone at 814-943-7575. Our hours are:

Fresh Bark Thrift Shop Hours
Fresh Bark is located directly across the street from the Shelter at 1836 East Pleasant Valley Boulevard, Altoona PA (formerly known as "Bubbles Pet Shop"). Contact us by phone at 814-944-3072. Our hours are:

From Altoona go north on Old Route 220 (Pleasant Valley Boulevard). The shelter is located in Greenwood, 1837 North Pleasant Valley Boulevard. Right across from Greenwood Golf.
From the South, Take 17th Street Exit off of I-99 to Old Route 220 North.
From the North, Take Pinecroft Exit to Old Route 220 South.
