Paula, a mother dog survived on her own long enough to find a man willing to help save her. Paul Muri is such an animal lover when he saw a dog in bad shape on the side of Limekiln Road in Tyrone Township he decided to get involved. He was able to rescue her and her puppies that he found down the side of a steep hill.

Hi, it’s me, Snoop, just dropping you a line to say I am doing great! It was a long two months, but I really appreciate you guys taking good care of me until my new forever family found me.
I have been very busy since I came to my new home. Of course, I am using my very best manners, and Mom and Dad are pleased with that. I have a lot of responsibility with my new family. As the smallest of the four dogs, of course it is my duty to keep the 3 larger dogs in line.
