Prescription Request Policy- Third Party Pharmacies:

To ensure patient safety, medication accuracy, and efficient patient care, CPHS Wellness Center does not approve or process electronic prescription requests received from third-party pharmacies.

 

Prescription requests submitted through outside pharmacies, online pharmacies, or pharmacy networks will be declined.

​

Clients requiring prescription medications have the following options:

1. Use our pharmacy services for prescription fulfillment.

2. Request a written prescription from our clinic and obtain the medication from the pharmacy of their choice.

​

Written prescriptions must be requested directly from the clinic and may require advance notice for processing.  All written prescriptions will need picked up during clinic hours.  Clients are responsible for presenting the written prescription to their chosen pharmacy.
